Council of Europe project

IQ Conference provided comprehensive organizational support and created a unique space for the Council of Europe event. Our task was to go beyond classic conference services and create an ergonomic, inspiring environment for productive work and informal communication between participants.

We combined high standards of international protocol with a cozy atmosphere, allowing delegates to focus on what matters most.

• Professional catering: complete organization and support of meals for 250 participants. We provided high-quality dishes, a varied menu, and impeccable service, fully adapted to the intensive schedule of the international group.
• Organization of recreational and working areas: furnishing the location with modern street furniture — comfortable deck chairs and beanbag chairs. Large sun umbrellas were installed to provide protection from the sun and ensure a comfortable microclimate.
• Aesthetic design and landscaping: creating a natural and harmonious space with live indoor plants, which added freshness to the location and emphasized the high level of preparation for the event.
• Lighting design and atmosphere: installation of decorative garlands to illuminate the area. This not only ensured safety and visibility during the dark hours of the day, but also created a special atmosphere for evening reflection and informal dialogue.
• Technical and logistics management: the IQC team controlled every stage — from large-scale product logistics to technical lighting maintenance, ensuring the smooth operation of all areas of the location.

Project outcome:

Thanks to clear management of the event’s scale and attention to detail, we managed to create a space where 250 participants felt as comfortable as possible.

This project confirmed IQ Conference’s ability to meet the large-scale demands of international institutions, combining professional catering logistics with a creative approach to space design.
