GIZ, “U-LEAD with Europe”

IQConference provided full organizational and technical support for an important event for the U-LEAD with Europe project.

We created a high-tech and comfortable platform for the event, the key element of which was the signing ceremony of the memorandum. Our task was to ensure flawless coordination of logistics, technology, and the ceremonial part.

Our range of services covered all aspects of preparing and running the event:

• Location rental and configuration: we booked a hall that met all the requirements of the format.
• Technical support (High-Tech):
• Installation of an LED screen (for powerful visual accompaniment).
• Professional sound system and 10 radio microphones.
• A full set of equipment for simultaneous interpretation for 150 participants.
• Media and translation: we organized the work of interpreters, a photographer, and a videographer for full information support.
• Catering: provided high-quality catering to support the working atmosphere.
• Printing and branding: produced a complete branded set: badges, badge lanyards, notepads, pens, and bags.
• Ceremonial part and art support: organized the signing ceremony of the memorandum and a performance by a bandura player to create a special atmosphere.
• Process control: ensured effective registration and constant control of all organizational processes at the location.

This project demonstrated our ability to combine technical support with flexible organizational management and elements of a cultural program.
