GIZ – Power4JustTransition

IQConference acted as a reliable partner in organizing a key event for the Power4JustTransition project. This important initiative, implemented by GIZ with the support of the German government and in partnership with the Ministry of Energy and the Ministry of Community and Territorial Development of Ukraine, aims to ensure a just transition in coal-mining regions for their sustainable development

The project focuses on creating new economic opportunities in regions affected by Ukraine’s planned phase-out of coal by 2035 and the consequences of full-scale aggression. Our task was to provide a flawless technical and logistical base for this large-scale dialogue, designed for 200 participants.

Comprehensive event support – Power4JustTransition: Promoting a Just Transition

Our team provided a full range of organizational services covering all stages of event preparation and execution:

• Logistics and comfort: organization of accommodation and transfers for all participants, as well as hall rental and full catering.
• Technical support: provision of high-quality equipment, including a powerful sound system and radio microphones.
• Communication: provision of simultaneous interpretation equipment for 200 participants and selection of a professional moderator for effective discussion management.
• Media production: a full package of visual support: video recording of the event, development of a short promotional video, and organization of the work of two professional photographers.
• Branding and printing: production of all necessary branded items: notebooks, pens, bags, badges, ribbons, as well as the creation of creative souvenir products — postcards with seeds.

This successfully implemented project confirms IQ Conference’s ability to provide the highest level of organization for international initiatives that are critical to Ukraine’s future.
