IQConference provided full organizational and technical support for a three-day training course entitled “Community of Practitioners Providing Mental Health Services” for the European Institute for Public Health Policy

We created ideal conditions for effective work, including complex logistics and the organization of a non-standard final event

Key services provided

• Logistics and accommodation: organization of comfortable accommodation and full board for 50 participants throughout the three days.
• Hall rental and configuration: rental and preparation of the main conference hall and three separate rooms for small group work, ensuring flexibility of the work process.
• Technical and organizational support: full technical support for the event, organization of registration and distribution of printed materials.
• Support team: involvement of a highly qualified team: 5 managers (to coordinate all processes) and 1 engineer (for technical support).

Organization of a master class on art therapy

The organization of the final day, dedicated to a master class in art therapy, was particularly challenging and successful:

• Space conversion: we quickly rearranged and prepared the hall in accordance with the requirements of the creative process.
• Special protection: to protect the flooring and furniture, we covered the floor and work tables with plastic sheeting.
• Provision of materials: we organized a special place for paints, brushes, paper, and water to ensure a smooth creative process.
• Atmosphere and recording: we created a positive atmosphere for the creative process and organized a separate photo zone.
• Documentation: we provided the services of a professional photographer to record the entire event.

This project confirmed our ability not only to manage classic logistics, but also to successfully implement non-standard, creative elements in the training schedule
