EU project “Pravo-Justice”

IQConference provided full organizational and technical support for the event as part of the EU Project “Pravo-Justice.” Our team took care of all key aspects of preparing and conducting the event, ensuring its success.

Our role in the project:

• Event organization: we selected the venue, arranged accommodation and meals for all participants (lunch, coffee breaks, and dinner).
• Technical support: we provided the event with all the necessary equipment: round table microphones, zoom broadcasting, and simultaneous interpretation equipment.
• Printed materials: we prepared all the necessary printed materials, which allowed us to create a corporate style for the event.
• Communication support: we organized the work of interpreters to ensure effective communication and a photographer to capture the event in high quality.
• Hall preparation: our team provided visual and technical support to ensure that the space was perfectly prepared for the event.
