EU project “Pravo-Justice”

IQ Conference provided full technical and organizational support for the official event of the EU Project “Pravo-Justice.” We created a professional space for international dialogue, combining complex technical infrastructure with flawless logistics.

Our goal was to ensure stable operation of all systems so that the organizers could fully focus on the content of the event.

Key services provided:

• Infrastructure and branding: manufacture and installation of banner structures, as well as installation of a professional podium, which formed the visual identity and zoning of the event.
• Technical support for communication: provision of a full set of equipment for simultaneous interpretation, which ensured barrier-free communication between international experts and participants.
• Printing support: prompt production of 150 copies of the final reports, providing participants with the necessary analytical materials directly at the venue.
• Coordination with the venue: full communication with the hotel on all operational issues (timing, technical requirements, accommodation), which freed the client from the need to solve administrative tasks.
• Expert support: involvement of a dedicated team of managers to coordinate processes in real time and a technical engineer to ensure the smooth operation of equipment.

Project result:

Thanks to clear planning and quick response to requests, IQ Conference managed to create a formal yet comfortable atmosphere for discussing important reforms.
